Intex pools and rays

Do any of you keep your rays in intex pools?

I would imagine someone does. Big issue is rays poking through the liner.

Plenty people keep rays in “stock” intex pools… IMO there temporary at best. They can be “permanent” setups with the addition of a 45mil epdm liner over top of the stock liner. They make heavy mil vinyl liners these days also that can work and they come in colors other than black. Ive ran intex pools for several years with epdm liners over top with an erray of species trouble free… ive ran them for a mere few months with the stock liners and had catfish poke right through. They patch easy, but save yourself the trouble and run a “safety” liner over top …
