Yah I wanted to go see it and they never relseased it out over here =[

Haven't seen the movie, read the book about 9 yrs ago. Dude was REAL smart but kinda out there. I was actually about 5 miles from that bus when I went to Alaska in 98. I hope the movie does the book justice.

I read the book for school over the summer, very interesting. His parents came to talk to us this year.

thats pretty cool that his parents came in, whatd they talk about?

They mainly talked about what Chris was like in his younger days and mainly answered any questions we had. I didn't get to go sadly, I had something I had to do that night.

Not that deep in. That bus is only about 5 or 10 miles from the tip of Denali National Park to the north. I think it's almost directly north of Mt. Healy.

The movie is very well done, but I liked the book better. The movie tended to focus the blame of his death on his parents, while the book focused on his life and travels and didn't lay blame for why he went off.
