Hey guys I just introduced a new oscar to my tank that previously only had one O. Theyre both around 2.5 to 3 inches, its kinda hard to say because they're both veil tails so they just look bigger than they really are. THe oscar that was in the tank first has been in it for a month or so and hes not to pleased with the new guy, did alot of lip locking at first so I seperated them since the new one was pretty messed up to begin with and I threw them back together and theyre being alittle nippy and slapping each other with the tail fins and I was wondering if theyll settle after a couple days an tolerate each other? Theyre still really little and all and Id like to have them both together in my 120 when i get that ready for them. Thanks for the input in advance!

i saw do a whole tank cleaning and put them in at the same time. or just take em out and put em in like 5 minuites later together.

Awesome! There was alot of liplocking when i put him in first so I had to put up a barrier but its died down now and theyre all buddy buddy. My dream tank is coming to fruit lol

please keep a watch over them.. as they are messy.. i had such an experience... had two..and they behaved as buddy buddy.. always moved together.. but the scene changed within 2-3 days and found them lip locking again.. so i had to move the smaller one to another tank..

Good to hear the little guys are getting along now, oscars are awesome fish............
