So what's the best way to Introduce 1 new bass? I have 2 orinos that are aggressive towards other fish except each other they roughly 9-10". They just killed my smaller of the 2 rio yucaos I had. He wasn't all that much smaller either maybe an 1-2". I also added at the same time a sevrum and a texas. Had to put the Texas back in the original tank they tried to kill it right away. So far the sevrum is fine. I order one of those new orinos from mark and was hoping to put it with these other . Supposed to be about the same size. Just seeing if anyone had any tricks. Also I did a water change at the time introduce the orino, Texas, & sevrum.

Also I took out 1 big kelberi which was over 12" & big Oscar 12" out of this tank the other 2 orinos are in. Big kelberi was getting too aggressive now my buddy has both of them!!! Here is a pic of them in my buddies 210.

Try adding more dither fish, some large red hooks or black barred silver dollars would spread the aggression well. Its worked wonders for my big tank, the azuls beat them up instead of each other.

I would add during a wc.
Change up the tank decor if there is any.
And add the oscar back to the tank.
The more distractions the better.
Dithers like chizzle said is another good one.
SOme decent size geo's work wonders imo.
Check out snookn21 on aquabid for a few of those.
