I'm sure this question has been asked already but I wanted to know what is a safe way to intro a juvi GT to a 2' RD and 3' JD 10g tank

Thank You

Get a bigger tank.

They are going to fight in such a small tank, even if they are young. As they grow, only one is going to be left eventually.

Move the decor around when you intoduce it so that the territory might be redrawn if your lucky. Unfortunately it won't be long before violence breaks out in those cramped conditions regardless.

Put it in a 20 gal + beside the 10 gal.

I kept my juve 3" JD in a 20 gal for a few weeks and he was a terror. In less than a 2 weeks he chased a juve Dragon Goby until it jumped out, ate a Giant Danio, and terrorized a juve Bichir constantly.

yeah even if they were all 1-2in a 10g would still be too small, those are all fairly aggressive fish and they will fight in that length of tank (with RD being the most aggressive, and GT will prolly be beat on as their aggression doesn't really show until they are bigger)

Dont introduce a GT to your tank, figure out about getting those 2 other fish in a MUCH larger tank. Do some research on the size and aggression of these fish while you are at it.

Safest way is dont do it.

SO i introduced the GT today (I plan on upgrading to a 55g tank next friday) and there were no problems w/ the GT now the JD who was the boss of the tank seems more irritated at the RD, but no serious violence just chasing
