introducing an adult with my juvies?

im thinking of picking up a black convict for my grow out tank. hes a year old and about 5". the question is will he be aggressive towards my juvies in the tank?

60 gal grow out tank

4" jack dempsey (dominant in the tank)
3.5" tiger oscar
3" firemouth
2" convict
4" pleco

this is just a grow out tank and will upgrade when i need to so i can put my 2 puffers in there when they are ready.

anyone? i dont want to get him and he end up hurting my other fishes since hes the only adult.
