Introducing Juvenile Oscar into Adult Bichir Tank

I recently got a juvenile Albino Oscar, about 3inches long. Should I grow him bigger before introducing him into my 75 gal tank with my 10 inch Senegal birchir and 4in angelfish?
I don't want him to become dinner for my bischir.

The general rule is if it can't fit in the Senegal's mouth you should be fine.
