Introducing male EBJD to Female BGJD?

I was wondering if I can introduce a smaller Male EBJD 3" into a tank with a female BG 4-1/2" is the size difference to great also they'd both be new to the tank. And It would be just them, Thanks for all info

be careful the blue genes are much more rugged and they can sometimes kill the male ebjd if he is timid depends on fish...

Give it a shot but keep a divider on hand or watch closely
