I picked up about 50 or so Baby Neetroplus nematopus last weekend and I'm hoping to get some breeding pairs out of them. They're only about half an inch long at the moment. I'm informed they're about 7 weeks old.
Good luck growing out the group. Make sure to give them plenty of room and hiding spots. I had troubles keeping a group alive when the dominant male decided to start picking on others. Twice, I ended up with just the dominant males.
@ Cichlidholics Anonymous - Check with Dogofwar. He has a breeding pair with fry.
The plan is to spread 20 of them around my various tanks and sell the rest. They'll be mixing with Istlanum, salvini, Festae, Convicts and Synspillum... I won't be mixing them with the Firemouths as they tend to like nipping their fins.
