I have a new arrival in from Peru! Tabitha (my other reticulated river ray) is going to get some lovin'! Well, when the make it to that stage, anyway.

He is about 4", and I got him for $25 from TFD.com . I wouldn't strongly recommend it, but they at least got the job done.

why would you strongly not recommend? don't they have a min order of $200.00

Potamotrygon reticulatus are from Columbia and only exported from there.
So for sure not from Peru if its a P.reticulatus.

If it came from TFD you best get some Prazi ASAP.

I had a retic for well over a year.... Ate like a pig. Bought 2 more retics from TFD...... Within a month I had NO rays at all........
 
TFD is hit or miss on there rays. Some are in awesome shape and some are in horrible shape. There rays usually come in with lice on them.
 
I have a Pink Tailed Chelceus left from my order with them..... Everything else dead. By my calculations that makes it a $300 Chelceus..... ha ha......

The thing that made me upset was the flat out rudeness, fish that were mis IDed, and confusion with the shipping (order was lost for 1/2 a day) on top of DOAs and in the long run one sole survivor...... But for the record if you KNOW what to expect they have good prices?? LOL

The Retics look nice..... Long tails... Good luck with them..... And Prazi just to be safe......
