Hey guys, i'm Daniel.. i've been cruisin through the forums now for a while but have never made a post.. so i figured i would say hello, and post some piccys of one of my tanks :headbang2 i'm from Adelaide, Australia and have been addicted to aquariums now for a little under 2 years :screwy: many more years to go hey..

this one is a 5ft 100g 1/2" curved glass tank :nilly:

2x opaline gourami
4x clown loach
3x bristle nose (2 breeding every month or so)
2x congo tetra
4 or so x red eye tetra
10x neons
4x algae eaters
5x corydoras 1 which was tank bred here
and last but not least, 1x platy

thanks guys - alot of blood, sweat and tears have gone into that =P well maybe not tears.. but definitely blood and sweat!

it actually came with an overhead wet/dry but it really wasn't doing a good enough job for me so i bought the fluval 405 followed by the "big one", i can't even remember what brand it is now sorry, which completely replaced the overhead - am now in the process of making cheapo acrylic lids to minimize evaporation.

most of the greenery you see is blue stricta, some vallisneria at the back, some hygrophila, java fern and also the anubius centerpiece
