What we have here is a spotted bass...

Then this Large Mouth bass!!! He is only 1.5-2"...

Doesn't look like any spotted I've ever seen/caught... I vote small mouth bass. Color and mouth shape says all. Spotteds look way different even at small size.

that looks exactly like like the little smallmouth i caught yesterday. its a shame he died on the way home i wanted him as a pet.

Im not saying anyone is wrong... I just bought him as a spotted bass... If he is a small mouth, im good with that too... I think small mouths are cool too... He has been trying to show his dominate side with the pbass today, by opening his mouth and violently shaking his body back and forth... the pbass just sit there and look at him, then they jump and make him swim away.... its quit funny...
