iPhone 4 Micro SIM Question

So I'm moving to Sweden for a few months and I plan on getting a factory unlocked iPhone 4 from eBay (seller's in the UK) so I can use different carriers.

But, I'm confused with the SIM card situation with the new iPhone... can someone explain it to me? Is the micro SIM a different type of SIM? I currently use T-Mobile with a Blackberry, would that SIM card fit in the new iPhone? If not, would I be limited to only carriers that use the micro SIM?

I would think so yeah, though I've never heard of the micro sim.
One thing to consider is that the iphone accesses the internet automatically and constantly so international roaming can quickly turn into a nightmare bill. The iphone can just be a nightmare in general sometimes. I used to work for ATT and spent many hours untangling problems from people switching to or from them.

i think the micro sim is gonna be a Next generation SIM card, It only safe to assume that it will be smaller then the SIM cards that we have now.
