Iphone4 locked to ATT CA Ship

I have a new 16G iphone4 that's locked to ATT for sale. I got it from the Apple Store w/o contract. I was going to unlock it so I can use t-mobile (i'm locked in by a 2 yrs contract), however, i'm tired of waiting for the unlock.
I can jailbreak the phone for u upon request.
the phone's firmware is 4.1 (8B117) and the baseband is 02.10.04
