Hi

How can I get music onto my iPod. I have a playlist with all the songs I want to sync, but it doesn't show up in the menu under my iPods name. Does anyone know how to help? I have iTunes 8.2 and my iPod is jail broken.

go on the playlist click the first song then press shift then press down while holding shift to hightlight the songs then drag them onto your ipods name

Doesn't work. I can drag the songs, but it comes up with a small circle with a line thru it, saying no type of thing.

I still have all my apps on it though, the only thing I can't get is music.

Try to do a reset. Look in the directions. Usually you slide the hold button back and forth and then hold the enter key for a few seconds. That might work.

if it works then, try to jail break it again and try it again

what does a jail broken ipod do that a "regular" ipod doesnt? Other than not play songs that is lol.

I'd like to keep the iPod jailbroken. IDK how to re jail break it so it would be a ***** to have it sitting useless all holidays.

Jailbroken is just taking what apple made and making it 100 times better... Customizing it ect.

But just restore you iPod man. Everything will be O.K.
