check out what me and the chap caught this morning...i researched online and think i may have identified it as a silurus triostegus. i thought it was neat because its coloration was exactly the same as the digitized camoflage that the marines wear.
Kinda looks like a cross between a snakehead and a wels catfish.
I just noticed in that first picture a hole in the middle of it's back! how strange!

We released it after taking a few pictures. fishing is our way of beating the stress and we have so far seen quite a few species. ill post more pictures of our fish as we catch some new ones.
here is me and my carp that i caught the other day, as big as it was it didnt fight that hard. i think the water gets too warm and doesnt have that much O2 in it.
