who watched food network last night? i had very mixed feelings about them cooking Araipima Gigas (they called it paiche) as the secret ingredient.
of course, Iron Chef Morimoto won, but they all said that there are much better tasting fish out there. and one of the judges said it tasted like a bottom feeder (i was calling him nasty names by the end of the show).
