Iron Stands???

do you guys like or dislike wrought iron stands?and reasons y? i have a 120 4x2x2 and it has a wrought iron stand but the tank is heavy as SH** and seems the stand is not as beefy as it should b?

i dont trust the for anything above a 20 gallon i get wood stande or something different i just dont trust them they look so wimpy they should be HEFTY HEFTY HEFTY not WIMPY WIMPY WIMPY LOL

Ive really never thought of them as being wimpy, but I just find them to be distasteful to my eyeballs.. rather also have a wood stand..

Yeah the larger they get the more nervous people get around them. I have had several metal stands and every one of them stood the test of time. They are more prone to wobble than wooden stands. But as far them holding the weight I never had an issue with my 180. I would have one again it the opportunity came about.
