not a piranha person but yes theyre aggressive even to ther own species

Usually it is down to the personality of the actual fish. But there are reported as being quite aggressive for a Piranha, and as Fishnutham says they are a solitary species.

They are the one of the smallest species of Piranha and will not grow more than 6" in size. I like them!
