10,000K is ok for plants. You need to be more specific though. You are asking a question that has 4 answers. Yes, maybe, not well, and not in the least.

Be more specific. Your current question has many different answers, from yes to no.

What kind of plants?

Most aquatic plants will do ok with 6300-6700k. 10K has more blue spectrum and simulates deeper water, but will be ok for most plants as well, they just need to adjust how they grow with the new light. The root system may stop feeding the already existent leaves and start growing other ones that will handle the light better. When you use a higher temp you should expect the plants to be shorter and bushier. Lower the temp and you will get taller, skinnier plants. With a mature tank, they will pick back up, so keep with your regular maintenance and also remove any dead/dying leaves.
