is a delhezi an upper jaw or lower jaw species?

Delhezis are upper jaw species. They are usually fine with ornates, provided the size difference isn't too large.

alright, is it alright if i grow my del big and all of a sudden i find an ornate, can i put it in if it was maybe 2-3" smaller or bigger?

if the del was close to or larger yes.

As long as the size difference isnt too much,they should be fine ive recently put a 10" del in and a 14"ornate and they are fine together and with the other polys in there(see sig)

Oh and del is upper jaw
