The LFS had them marked as an ornate and I bought one about a week ago and he's doing fine. I had 2 fish die from them so I'm going to return them and see what they have. I called and asked if I could trade it in because it was mislabeled as an ornate, but the guy said that the delhizi are ornates:screwy: So I was thinking I would ask the pros if that's true. I'm not going to return it for $10 when I paid 30 thats just assinine, and the polypterus is doing well.

yea thats what I thought. Thx oddball. What really pisses me off though is that when I asked how long the other fish I got were at the store and he said about a month, and then when I asked about treating the new fish he said that I didn't have to treat them for diseases just Ick. Well I just looked at my 2 baby indos and noticed that one has a cloudy eye and it looks like they both have popeye:irked: . Thats what I get for listening to the LFS guy. God I'm stupid. Should I use some coppersafe with tetracycline to cure them? Thanks for the help

Tell that lfs guy to get another job where he may have a clue. Ornates are not delhezis. They don't even look close to the same color and patterning.

Hey Oddball,

Is that your delhezi?? That thing is sweet great pattern on it...

I had what I thought was a knowledgable pet store once try to sell me a lapradei as a delhezi once-Anne
