I do not recall ever seeing it there before. I moved Oscar to a new "used" tank and now I see this milky like stuff on both fins. I didn't think it was ICK because i know what ICK looks like and it's nothing like a grain of salt. It's more like milky white stuff like a fungus or something or is this natural ?
Is a milky white stuff on Tiger Oscar pectoral fin ICK ?

If it looks like fungus then I don't think that's natural. Pic would help but i guessing it could be fungus.
