Sadly no... i've been wanting a ray myself for a long time... but unless you have something that is say roughly 72" (L) X 36" (W) X 24" (H) its almost impossible to house a ray for life...
 
Agree that your tank is a really small for a ray, save up and work on getting a 240 and you will be set to start growing a couple out.

The fact you are asking this question with all the information out there indicates you are not ready for a ray. Continue to research stingrays and their requirements. Once you are able to meet those requirements then you are ready for a ray.

NOTE: this is not meant to be a slam or putdown. Rays are amazing animals with very specific husbandry requirements. It has been sad to see so many posts lately of people rushing out to buy a ray and then struggling to keep them alive.
