Is a T8 Flourescent tube enough to grow Hornwort?

Trying to grow Hornwort in one of my aquariums will that tube produce enough light.

Hornwort does not require much light. I have not had any in a long time, but used to.

the tube is 23" the aquarium is 21" deep. I really appreciate the help thanks.

ime hornwort is incredibly easy to grow, i think youll be just fine with a 23" T8

Hornwort will grow with a flashlight. You should be ok.

I'd think so. An lfs near me has a 75 full of hornwart with a t8 over it.

I want to use the Hornwort for breeding projects. Hopefully it doesn't get uncontrollable lol.

It's easy to harvest unlike something like duckweed.
I just got a bunch of elodea to try floating in a couple tanks. So far seems to be ok even in a tank with no direct lighting just ambient from windows near by.
