They almost never are, classic scam if they are illegal in your location
just look at their homepage- its like Temu. Also their "freshwater" section is all impossible to get saltwater fish- some mismarked- all cheaper than wholesale.. then there is their tank section.... run!!
I got scammed by a fully legitimate looking site in Australia

100% a scam but they sent me a receipt and everything and have an ABN and an address. Even top google results for all their products they supposedly sell.
