I have prepared my tank for my tiger ray . Unfortunately , i run water for 2 days without any black water. Then today i put some black water ( Aqua safe or something don't remember ) then i have seen that my ammonia miter ( Seachem ) turns yellow to green immediately after few minutes. Is this mean black water got high ammonia ? Is this mean something ?

Black water should not effect your ammonia levels at all. It will lower your PH but something else has to be causing the ammonia.
