A new severum i bought needs treatment but i have 6 catfish in the tank. is coppersafe (R) safe to use with catfish?

I have treated other fish with my marble cat inthe tank with copper safe .I used half dosage to see how it affected the cat and she was alright but keep a close eye they are sensitive!!what are you trying to treat?
I have used it with my fancy plecos but dose a little less than recomended. If your cats are scaleless I would not do it. Just my 2 cents.
not quite sure. my 10" gold severum broke out with what i thought was a standard bact infection about 2 months ago. i treated for bacteria with salt and melefix but it did not work so i used tetracycline with success...i thought. i added a new 5" green severum and now he's got it. looks like protazoan velvet but idk, never had this problem before. just big yellowish knots all over him
