I had a 4.7 inch endli with my 3.9 delh and a 4.3 ornate inside my 10 gallon tank.
I just saw my endli biting the delh's head sometimes they came across each other.
My delh now had a lil' internal bleeding below it's mouth.
I had separated my delh inside that tank too before taking away the divider.
What should I do to make them live relatively together peacefully?

Get a larger tank, a 10G is way way too small for 3 polypterus. They may feel overcrowded. Diet can also be a problem, what are you feeding them and how often?

IMO, endlis arent really calm. They are calm at day time but hunting starts when the lights are out. My endli ate my VATF that 4" when it was 6". I also agree that 10g is too small for 3 polys. These polys you are handling right now are big ones. Good luck and happy fish keeping :D

For whatever reason I find myself amused that you have these guys measured right down to the tenth of an inch.

10 gallon is probably ok to grow out one Polys till like 4-5", any more Polys or any more size is overstocked, your probably getting aggression due to tank size, also Polys are a bit aggressive no matter what you do, my send are always nipping each other, but I've never seen damage thankfully, sometimes I think my big sen doesn't have teeth.

Hikari's,frozen bloodworms,feeder fish and shrimps(quarantined)
I feed them twice a day sometimes thrice.Depends whether their still hungry or not.
I'm still on the look for a 4 or 5 feet tank.

Lol.
I didn't really measured to that extend.
I just took a ruler and measure them just by looking and by estimation. :D
