Is foods with high cholesterol bad for fish?

Dats should be provided with a varied diet. Mine get shrimp once per week (high cholesterol) along with periwinkle meat (low cholesterol) and clam meat (low-moderate cholesterol). The rest of the time, it's feeders. I'm not an ichthyologist, but I would guess that a steady diet of a high-cholesterol food would eventually create a health issue. One guy reported that a diet of prawns causes Dats to get "fat". Presumably, an excessively fat fish is not an optimally healthy fish.
