How big of a tank are you looking to put it on? T5 or LED? What types of corals are you looking to keep? All of these questions determine what you are going to need for lighting

I'm not getting the lighting, I was just wondering. Lets say the best lighting on a 2000 gallon tank.

The best reef lighting on a 2000 gallon? Or just fowlr or just fo? If you are talking reef lighting your looking at 5 to 10000 dollars. Fowlr or FO, you could just get some T5 shop lights and hang them up for a few hundred dollars

Ya but cheap lighting doesn't look good, does it?

It depends what you like. If you are doing fo or fowlr it doesn't really matter. Cheap lighting on a reef tank matters though.

Cheap and reef anything doesn't go together unless you really know what you're doing.
