I currently have some frozen Halibut and King Salmon, fresh from my fathers fishing trip to Alaska. The guide says not to feed Polys Salmon, but that's not an issue, because I plan on eating it.

That leaves the Halibut. It's wild caught fish. Is freezing it enough to make sure it's not going to bring anything nasty in?

What's your favorite way to cook Salmon?

Place foil on a barbecue and put on medium heat. Put salmon skin down and brush on butter/lemon juice mix. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook for seven minutes, flip over, removing the flesh from the skin. Brush on more butter/lemon and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook an additional 7 minutes or until done. Yummy!
Oh, and it should be OK to feed halibut. :)
