Is Hot Glue for Rock-Work Safe?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
No. I did it when I was 10, half the fish died a few days later. the glue will turn opaque, and start to leech chemicals, . But I used alot of hi hot glue and it was a 10 gallon.

Toxic not so much but it won't hold together well the rocks will just fall off. Silicone works way better just doesn't dry as fast. I have used hot glue to do a quick hold and then siliconed over it to keep it together in the water

Yes that's very true hot glue comes apart very easy, and can be annoying at times
