Hard to tell would lean toward female but no obvious spotting.

Definitely not a Jaguar. Possibly loiselli or motaguense hybrid. It’s beautiful. Looks male to me

Usually in Parachromis, females will have a lower jaw devoid of spots, or only a few larger ones.
Males will have more, and smaller spots on the lower jaw.
Here is an example

Now a female

of course if its a hybrid, these distinctions may not be there.
