Is It Fun To Keep African Pikes?

It's fun to keep them single or a shoal, they are look awesome in heavy planted tank similar to snakehead environment setup.
the one in the pic looks awsome.
had mine since last year and now he takes koi sticks but they're quite skittish when you first get them

I knew you're keeping snakehead so don't even think to mix those pikes with snakehead. Anyway. both share almost identical environment setup, heavy planted tank and still, calm water. Have fun and good luck!

they can go psycho on tank mates, i wouldnt say they are personable but prowl around like a shark with a deathly look in their eye, watch you fingers, my old one cause some serious damage to other fish, teeth are razor sharp and once settled mine striked at anything that hit the water!-)
