Currently I have a hoplo and Raphael catfish in a 180 gallon tank. I am going to expand the fishes soon, but I noticed a straight line of white dots on the hoplo. I started treating for Ich immediately. I have added salt, heat (86), and Kordon Ich med, but have after 6 days of treatment no change. The Raphael has not signs. My question is whether what I'm seeing is really Ich. I have boxed the area of interest. Please note a lot of the other stuff is just sand.
