Is it illegal to own freshwater stingray's in hawaii?

If you had p's in Hawaii, that means you must have connections. Hence you must have known the laws.

read the list all you want. If its not approved its considered illegal and getting a species approved means alot of work on your part but rays will never be added to the list.

honestly i like maui wowie...haha ...nah there are people here with illegal fish, gars, pirahnas and bichirs are among those, how ever i have never seen or heard of anyone here in hawaii with rays...
