well my thread got closed cause apparently its "illegal" to go swimming at BPS or fishing in the tanks...

BUT... there are no signs that say "No Swimming" or "No fishing" ... so if its not posted, is it illegal?

like lets say.. i go to the pier and the sign is missing that says "No Diving" I KNOW the sign was there and its illegal, but its not there now... does that make a difference?

I dont think it would make a difference esp. if you knew the sign was there. You could argue but I am sure someone will say that you should know better.. o__o

Actually... at certain BPS/Cabelas, you can test out a new rod/reel for a few bucks.
But thats just stupid, test it out on fish in the wild.
