or are some of our members alittle TOO dependent on MFK for advise and very single little g*d friggin dang issue/problem???

like if they have a basic simple problem with there fish, instead of analysing the situation themselves and thinking on there own the first impulse is to (after panicing) jump on the computer and log onto mfk :screwy:

just an observation as im seeing these threads more and more everyday

just wondering if anyone else is taking notice.

That may be the case. But a lot of us are at different levels.

It is always good to get another opinion or benefit from others experiences so you can't really fault someone there. They really might not know.

I sdmit i am one of these people :P. I have done it a few times But that is just to get others advice and see if i am right and/or if there is a simpler way.

:iagree: "The wise man knows that he knows nothing" I can't believe I am seeing this? Don't we want to help people here ?(help newbs like me, I really mean!) I realize that it can get a little out of hand with some of the stuff but I don't think we should go down that path, look what this idea has done to other boards,I like the relaxed, friendly atmosphere here it keeps people contributing and it doesn't intimidate people from joining/ posting or asking a simple but important question they may be afraid to ask otherwise. I know we have all asked things here ,or posted things that not everyone may feel belongs, but everyone is still cool about it and helps out, I don't know? I hope everything stays cool, I'm sure things will work out,:woot:

Maybe you're just seeing the same questions too frequently Del. I could see how that could get annoying. I dont mind though, activity is what we want :grinyes:

There is definitely some truth to it, but I am still amazed that you would ask that question flaco!

Don't tell me that all of your 6000 posts were necessary! Because I've seen quite a few that weren't thaaat informative.:naughty:

Well said, Steve! I agree. :)

Take notice of the little pedestal you perched yourself up on - where else would you like for these folks to go when first starting out? Its how a site (like MFK) grows when you help the newbies regardless if the question is beneath you, your talent and time....
