You can, if caught follow the size requirements. If you purchase the fish, like if you buy a 4'' walleye keep have a document of where you bought it if you want to keep it legal, I would suggest keeping a receipt in your stand. But perch and game fish if they are caught above the regulation size they are fine. Once kept in aquaria don't release it back into the wild either. You keep it its yours for its life.
yeah when spring comes where u are it nothing to catch small natives but if u follow the rules on the size requirements you better have a large tank or pond
