Is it legal to own Dartfrogs in Minnesota?

Have done a search on google, and I really can't find anything that really answers my question.

Had a look on USF&W but again, I can't find the specific imformation.

Does anyone have any links providing any information on owning CITES dartfrogs in this state?

Why would you want to know about if they were legal in Minnesota? I have never seen them for sale. I really don't think they would be illegal since they would never survive our winters.

Was just asking a simple question really..but for those who really need to know..I'm doing research on Dartfrogs in the pet trade, and that includes different country and state laws (Dart frogs are legal in the UK to own). I was given some examples of states where it is illegal to own them (Including MN) and of course have to check this is the case.
