Just wondering how you all feel about feeding large mouth bass small mammals like Mice and little ducklings etc. and just for fun, even though its not a mammal, lets throw in frogs and lizards and small snakes.

These are all animals that LMB eat the the natural. How do you feel about feeding them in a home aquairium?

man, I should have looked down to Chad's post. Didn't even see it. :(

You can ignore this post if you want and refer to Chads post about foods to feed LMB.

PEACE

Since Im lazy Ill just reply here lol. Although some people may feel it is morally wrong, what you decide to feed your fish is up to you. As long as its not a poisonous, dangerous, threatened, or endangered species, its up to you.

Becarefull about posting this type of stuff or asking question's ppl here are two side'ed and passionate about there opinion on this matter ... The main concept of fish keeping is to provide as close to as possible natural setting's ranging from LOOK OF THE TANK , DIET , WATER CONDITION'S .. so if you feel this is providing as close to a natural setting for your fish then so be it .. but make sure to have the propper filtration and do water change's after this event take's place..

IMO I don't feed this way for two reason's . because of the mess it will or mite make ex: hair /blood etc. and I hate touching live mice/rat's/rodent's in general for some reason...

:D

Would children be small mammals?

Spiders and fly too i just see anything cripping i toss him in the tank.

My neighbor and friend has a small dog that I bet in 6 months my bass could eat. :naughty: The dog kinda looks like an old man. I'll show it on Pay per view.

spiders are a bad idea, remember a lot of them have toxins

I can't see the harm in a frozen pinkie every once in a while as long as you do a big water change afterwards, the pinkie was frozen, and the fish can eat it in a gulp, not chew it and get pinky stuff all over the tank.

I'm pretty sure, even while young, human being are still classified as mammals.:)

Even if they are bastards? LOL
