Is it okay to feed my 9" silver arowana with this fish?

I tried to feed my silver arowana earlier this day with "tawilis" or sardinella tawilis I think and he immediately ate it but had some trouble swallowing it .It's about 2-3" inches long. I'm just asking if it's okay to feed him with this fish since I'm trying to add variety to my arowana's diet.

Are they nutritious or not?, because I've heard that they contain a lot of protein and nutrients, but that's all I know, I just want to make sure.

Yeahp, they're so abundant here in the Phil. though they only exist in taal lake. The market sells them for 60 pesos/1.50 dollars per kilo and it's about 100+ pieces I can now save enough money for the needs of my arow. He's also eating pellets as well, but I'm still continuing his variety of foods

My silver arow thats about 20" wil take whole whitebait he goes mad for them. Dont feed too many they leave the a layer of grease on the water.

My Silver and Aro eat whole whitebait too.. $1.50 a kilo is an awesome price, last time i was at the fish markets its $10.00 a kilo here.

Damn dude!, where do you live?. I live here in quezon city and we buy the whitebaits at q-mart or farmer's market.They're so abundant since it's rainy season here in the phil, but IDK if the prices will go up again because they where 50/kilo 1+ dollars, but they went up to 60/kilo.

Yeah, I'll cut a whitebait into 3/2 pieces and will feed it to my aro.About two times a day. Is it okay?
