Uhm I think you should only feed them right after they molted. If not the shell cam be hard to digest

no worry bout the shell color. all my aro's raised on MW/SW no problem just be sure to feed varied diet, criket, shrimp, pelet too.

Yes its fine to feed it mealworms,like other have said keep it varied but dont feed the red/pink mealworms, those give off pink coloration to the aro makes it look unnatural,feed it the regular kind (yellow ones)

yea i got the yellow ones. my leichardti is very picky
