Hello sirs! Is it okay a 4" tip to tip juvy Black Arowana will be in my L : 60" W : 24" H : 18" tank? Filter is 4ft Trickle Filter 3 layers and Eheim 2217. Do i need to lower the water level and put heater since its my first time to take care a black arowana this small. Thanks in advance!

I would heat the tank to 83-84 degrees. Lowering the water level is not needed but a sealed and secure top is. Arowana will jump so leave no holes open. You may also want to add some floating plants and reduce surface current to help the arowana feel more secure.
