I have always wanted to breed my assumed male and female Plecostomus pair but have heard it is nearly impossible in an home aquarium. Oh and hello to the community; I'm new!

Sure, just roll them around in a pan of milk or beaten eggs, throw on some bread crumbs and fry them up :evil_lol:

But in all seriousness, I'm sure it is somewhat dependent on what species you have. I've had bristlenose plecs spawn in tanks without trying to breed them. But I've tried to breed a couple other species with no luck. f
