Hello

I was wondering if it's possible to build a protein skimmer?

I would be building it for a 1200uk gallon tank (to buy they're between $1000/$2000)

Thanks

Just from looking at there designs it seems like it would be easy to build one. If you decide to you'll have to let us know how it goes.

You didn't specify F/W or S/W?

Thanks duanes for the update in the other thread too.

You wouldn't want to make one from start to finish for a sticky would ya, huh, huh, would ya?

I want to build a SW Protein Skimmer in the future that will go on another 1200uk gallon tank (the first 1200g tank's going to be FW for Naboo my Mbu)

I made some. The first isn't all that pretty, but it did well on my pond (high in D.O.C.'s). The second is for a SW system that I am setting up. I'll post a thread after it is finished. It is going to be a while though.
