There are some very hardy species of Saltwater fish especially tankraised. Clown fish are an example.

Absolutely. Many coral species are produce thru propagation, and more and more fish are being captive bred.

Yes for sure. Go on liveaquaria.com, they have a whole section for biota or ORA captive-bred fish and corals. You can create a whole tank using only cultivated livestock. They tend to be more expensive but hardier and easier to get to eat, in general. They also make man-made live rock from caribsea nowadays.
