it seems my rtc just doesnt seem interested in eating my pbass is it becuase he is used to nonmoving pellets and frozen food or wat it is a good thing tho
is it possible???

my pbass could easely be swallowed hole by my redtail catfish just barely but for some reason my rtc doesnt open his mouth that wide and likes to suck food into his mouth making it inpossibal to eat the pbass
What sizes are your fish? Seems strange to me but why are you asking if the RTC is interested or not in consuming your peacock bass?
My rtc is housed with many fish small enough to eat, but has yet to eat a single fish in the 1.5 years I've had him. Got him at 1". Been handfed every since. You may be lucky and he will never eat it, but you will always be taking a chance housing a rtc with smaller fish. I've successfully taken that chance, and come out on top so far. Hopefully it will stay that way for me, but you never know. Mine is super picky and will only eat shrimp, and hotdogs so far. He is 27" and lives with fish ranging from 10" to his size. the 10" fish has been in the same tank for 6 months now, and not a scratch. I was actually hoping he'd eat it though.
