is it possible to keep 8 aros in a 480 gallon tank 8 aros consist of 4 silvers 3 jardini and 1 black also thinkin about 8 parrot fish too but can skip the parrot fish if its too much
tank dimension is 96"L x 48"D x 24"H with overflow in center with a 180 gallon sump
will also have 4 powerhead in tank for water movement return pump is a reeflo dart
an aqua uv 120 or 160 watts and 4 500 watts jbj heater this is goin to be in a business tats y i wanan put 8 in there for luck =)
 
Yes skip the jardinis and go with a combination of 3-4 SA arowana.
 
yes i can skip the jardini. so ur sayin no way to do 7 silver and 1 back in the 480 gallon tank?? would like to have 8 fish since 8 is good in chinese =)
 
Arowana can get up to three feet, and before you know it, with 8 arowana, your 480 will look like a can of sardines ..
 
Yeah, 8 would be fine for a couple years but they get to be 30" plus. Eight 30" SA arowana gonna be way too much for even that tank.

BTW if you get 4 arowana you'll have 8 eyes :thumbsup:
